I know you do because I did.  When I think back to that point I feel physically sick.  I used to be a fitness freak, 10km’s every morning, then the gym after work.  I absolutley loved it, I could go out and eat and drink what I wanted at the weekend and my body stayed thin and lean.  I was so happy in my skin.

What happened Susan I hear you ask?  Well, you mums and dads out there will know.  That’s right I had kids, trying to hold down a full time job, where my husband was also working full time.  We would get in from work, feed, bath and get the kids to bed.  By the time we ate it was 8.30 to 9pm and tired so struggling to get the energy to cook a healthy meal, just wanting something quick and easy.  Couple with this, no exercise.
