Do you know the place that everybody wants to lose fat? That’s right the belly, and for that you need a belly fat diet. So, is there such a thing as a belly fat diet? I never used to think so, but when I found this book I knew that I was wrong. However, this diet does not just target the belly, but the belly goes. Have you done the diet, then another then another then another? You lose some weight off your thighs, bum, arms and maybe belly -then what happens? Thats right, the weight comes back.

I know you do because I did. When I think back to that point I feel physically sick. I used to be a fitness freak, 10km’s every morning, then the gym after work. I absolutley loved it, I could go out and eat and drink what I wanted at the weekend and my body stayed thin and lean. I was so happy in my skin.
What happened Susan I hear you ask? Well, you mums and dads out there will know. That’s right I had kids, trying to hold down a full time job, where my husband was also working full time. We would get in from work, feed, bath and get the kids to bed. By the time we ate it was 8.30 to 9pm and tired so struggling to get the energy to cook a healthy meal, just wanting something quick and easy. Couple with this, no exercise.
Well, I am now just as thin I was when I was that 21 fitness freak, and guess how old I am? Come on think about it, well I am 43 years old. And, I look fantastic. I created this website for people to come on and talk about their belly fat diet losses
